
This luxury apartment building in Kew stands as one of TSL Installation’s signature achievements.
The project came with exceptional challenges:

Extensive curved glazing and large-format window modules that required millimetre-level accuracy

A tight and congested inner-city site that made material handling and lifting extremely difficult

A long-abandoned structure with no drawings, plans, or reference details whatsoever

Only a bare concrete frame remained — no balustrades, no guides, no benchmarks
Before we arrived, four different installation teams attempted the job but were unable to progress.
TSL stepped in and completed the entire building by relying solely on architectural renders, reverse-measuring every opening and engineering each configuration from scratch.
The Result
Over 2500 labour hours, we successfully completed 1,850 sqm of façade installation with precise alignment and seamless finishing — all delivered with a project cost of under $150,000 AUD.
The client was extremely satisfied, and today this building has become a standout architectural feature in Melbourne’s skyline.
